NLC Gives The Police 48 Hours To Leave The NURTW Secretariat.

The National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) National Secretariat is now being occupied by police officers, and the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has instructed Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun to issue an emergency order for them to leave the location within 48 hours.

This information was released by NLC on Monday in a statement following an urgent National Administrative Council (NAC) meeting.

As a result, the NLC urged President Bola Tinubu to immediately dispel the rumors that are being spread about him by individuals who have used force to seize control of the NURTW's secretariat with the use of security personnel.

Remember how the leadership of the NURTW alerted the public of purported preparations to attack the organization's secretariat in Abuja?
