EPL: It Was Challenging To Convince My Wife To Marry Me, Arteta Confesses To Havertz.

No good comes easily, according to Mikel Arteta, the Arsenal manager, who informed his summer hire Kai Havertz.

The Spaniard made this comment when equating his own struggle to find a marriage with Havertz's early years at Arsenal.

Since moving to Arsenal from Chelsea in the summer, the Germany international has struggled to settle in.

Despite opposition from supporters, Arteta has persisted in lauding and motivating the player.

The Arsenal manager was questioned about Havertz after the Gunners defeated Manchester United 3-1 on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium.

"I said to him yesterday, things are a little bit hard at the beginning," Arteta stated in reference to the German.

"It took me a while to win my wife over when we first met.

"I had to try, message, go, and go until she said, 'Yes, I want to be with you,' and then it was lovely.

 "It's excellent if she said yes on the first date because otherwise it's not that great. I believe that today's crowd treated him quite well.

  An Owerri magestarate court, last week, Friday, remanded "Fr. Mario Justus Chinonso Alozie" in  custody over allegations of homosexuality, but the case was adjourned to Wednesday, February 5,2025 , for consideration of his bail. "Fr.Mario"was arraigned before the magistrate presided by His Worship Doris Chukwuezi Ahanonu, on charges of -unnatural offence, contrary to section 214 of the Criminal Code; indecent treatment of boys under fourteen, contrary to section 216 of the Criminal Code and unlawful sexual interaction with a child, contrary to section 31, Child Rights Act,all related to homosexuality. However, the court ruled that  it lacked jurisdiction to hear the case and ordered that the defendant be remanded in custody until the issue of considering his bail is resolved.   Indigenes of Umuihugba/Umuodu in Owerri Municipal Local Government Area of Imo State have formerly handed over a Site Project to the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, for the installation of 229 Solar Powered Streetlights in the community.
