News Flash: The tribunal declares Peter Mbah to be the legitimate governor Of Enugu State.

 


Peter Mbah is the legitimately elected governor of the state, according to a decision made by the Enugu governorship election petitions tribunal.

The Labour Party (LP)'s accusations of excessive voting and BVAS evasion were rejected by the tribunal.

According to its conclusion, Mbah was legitimately elected by a majority of the legal and legitimate votes cast in the election.

The panel finally upheld the legitimacy of Mbah's victory after carefully examining the facts and finding no reasons to substantiate the LP's accusations.

The decision, which favored Mbah, who ran for office using the Peoples Democratic Party platform, was made on Thursday afternoon.
