Rita Dominic And Her Husband Conduct A Memorial Service For The Deceased Parents And Brother.

Rita Dominic, a Nollywood actress, and her husband Fidelis Anosike held a service in memory of his departed parents and sibling.

Rita Dominic's mother-in-law, Joy Emeta Anosike, had passed away, according to Kemi Filani's report from 2021.

The family produced a statement detailing Mrs. Anosike's passing, and Rita Dominic corroborated it.

The couple planned a spectacular burial ceremony for her a few months after she passed away. Queen Nwokoye, Chacha Eke, Destiny Etiko, and Junior Pope all attended the burial.

The pair hosted a memorial service for her two years after her passing, together with her late husband Elias Mordi Anosike, who passed away 42 years prior, and his brother Benjamin Chukwudi Anosike, who passed away 32 years prior.

The event took place at Immanuel Church in Umueri, Anambra State, on Sunday, August 27, 2023.

As Rita bid them farewell, the pair shared clips from the service on Instagram along with a white heart emoji.

  An Owerri magestarate court, last week, Friday, remanded "Fr. Mario Justus Chinonso Alozie" in  custody over allegations of homosexuality, but the case was adjourned to Wednesday, February 5,2025 , for consideration of his bail. "Fr.Mario"was arraigned before the magistrate presided by His Worship Doris Chukwuezi Ahanonu, on charges of -unnatural offence, contrary to section 214 of the Criminal Code; indecent treatment of boys under fourteen, contrary to section 216 of the Criminal Code and unlawful sexual interaction with a child, contrary to section 31, Child Rights Act,all related to homosexuality. However, the court ruled that  it lacked jurisdiction to hear the case and ordered that the defendant be remanded in custody until the issue of considering his bail is resolved.   Indigenes of Umuihugba/Umuodu in Owerri Municipal Local Government Area of Imo State have formerly handed over a Site Project to the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, for the installation of 229 Solar Powered Streetlights in the community.
