Afrobeat sensation Davido has joyfully broken his silence following the birth of his twins.
The celebrated artist, whose real name is David Adeleke, recently welcomed a boy and a girl with his wife, Chioma.
While the couple had not officially confirmed the news, Davido dropped hints in his song "In The Garden," referring to his wife as "Mama Ibeji" (mother of twins).
He also tweeted earlier, expressing that this week would be the best in his life.
His brother, Adewale Adeleke, added to the excitement with his thanks to God on Twitter.
Now, the news is confirmed with a video circulating online showing Davido and Chioma leaving the hospital with their twins.
Davido shared a post on Instagram, highlighting the importance of faith and the strength to weather life's storms.
Speaking at an event, Davido shared how he and Chioma discovered the news of expecting twins, leaving them both amazed.
He noted the coincidence that his twins were born in the same month that his late son, Ifeanyi, was born, describing it as "crazy" and a testament to faith in challenging times.
Following the news of the twins' birth, numerous celebrities, including Iyabo Ojo, Junior Pope, Daddy Freeze, Victoria Inyama, and Susan Peters, offered their congratulations to the couple.
Iyabo Ojo shared a heartfelt prayer for the new parents, while Susan Peters celebrated the twins as a blessing after their previous pain.
Junior Pope attributed the joy to the greatness of God, and Victoria Inyama expressed her happiness for the couple who have endured challenges and slander.
