Peter Obi Challenges Tinubu,- "Tell Nigerians Who You Really Are"
Presidential candidate Peter Obi of the Labour Party has urged President Bola Tinubu to disclose his true identity to the Nigerian public.
This call comes in the wake of a controversy surrounding the release of President Tinubu's academic records by Chicago State University upon the request of the Peoples Democratic Party's presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Obi, in a press conference, asked President Tinubu to provide information about the schools he attended, confirm his participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme, and clarify if he changed his name at any point.
Obi emphasized that, having held the highest political office in the country, President Tinubu no longer has a right to privacy regarding his identity.
Atiku, who has raised concerns about the authenticity of Tinubu's submitted certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has called on Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, and others to support his pursuit of "justice" on this matter.
He has vowed to persist in seeking resolution.
