Yemi Alade Stresses: No Marriage Pressure Here

Renowned Nigerian artist, Yemi Alade, has openly shared her perspective on marriage, highlighting that she does not feel pressured to tie the knot.

In a recent interview on Cool FM with Tacha, she discussed her stance on this matter.

Alade acknowledged the common trend of people rushing into marriage towards the end of the year.

She offered advice to single women, emphasizing the importance of selecting the right life partner rather than succumbing to societal pressure.

She expressed her view by stating, "People often get married, especially towards the end of every year.

I’m not feeling pressured. When the time is right, it will happen."

Addressing the challenge of family pressure, Yemi Alade empathized with individuals who face such expectations from their loved ones.
She suggested that those who genuinely care for your well-being will understand the significance of finding the right life partner and exhibit patience in this regard.

Alade added, "Family pressure is a challenging thing to resist because it’s coming from the people you respect and look up to, insisting that you should get married.

However, I believe that if they genuinely have your best interests at heart, they will be patient with you because finding the right partner is more crucial than just getting married."

In her final thoughts, the singer stressed the importance of not rushing into a decision that could lead to being with the wrong partner, highlighting the significance of making informed and heartfelt choices when it comes to marriage.
