Dear mother, we rejoice and celebrate with you as you added another feather to your peaceful and precious life.

We are happy with you because you are humane, peaceful, caring heart-worming and godly.

Mummy, you are cherished by many people across board, having contributed greatly to the peace, development and economic prosperity of Imo State, being the former State Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Imo State and Member, Women Development Center, Abuja.

Mum, you are a virtuous woman hence the people of Umuegbu-Egbuoma in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State, where you hail from, see you as a woman who flows with meek and excellence.

While wishing you a joyous Birthday, Mum, we pray that God who brought you into this world will continually sustain you with good health and long life.

Alleged Homosexuality:"Fr Mario Remanded In Correctional Center.

  An Owerri magestarate court, last week, Friday, remanded "Fr. Mario Justus Chinonso Alozie" in  custody over allegations of homosexuality, but the case was adjourned to Wednesday, February 5,2025 , for consideration of his bail. "Fr.Mario"was arraigned before the magistrate presided by His Worship Doris Chukwuezi Ahanonu, on charges of -unnatural offence, contrary to section 214 of the Criminal Code; indecent treatment of boys under fourteen, contrary to section 216 of the Criminal Code and unlawful sexual interaction with a child, contrary to section 31, Child Rights Act,all related to homosexuality. However, the court ruled that  it lacked jurisdiction to hear the case and ordered that the defendant be remanded in custody until the issue of considering his bail is resolved.   Indigenes of Umuihugba/Umuodu in Owerri Municipal Local Government Area of Imo State have formerly handed over a Site Project to the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, for the installation of 229 Solar Powered Streetlights in the community. The Solar Powered Streetlights project was attracted by the APC candidate for Owerri Federal Constituency in the 2023 election, Hon. CDB Williams.  The contracting firm handling the project is Cascade Engineering Systems Limited based in Port-Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
