   Acting  Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Caroline Adepoju, has taken a unique step in addressing complaints of alleged misconduct by NIS officers at various passport offices throughout the country.  In a statement from the Service Public Relations Officer, Dr. Adedotun Aridegbe, Adepoju expressed concern about this situation and promptly initiated an investigation, especially in cases of noncompliance with ministerial directives related to passport administration timelines.
